We do provide OBJ and FBX formats which can be used in most 3D applications like 3D Max, C4D, Blender and Maya. We also have Maya native formats like .ma and .mb formats. Also, all these formats are provided in a compressed ZIP or RAR file. If you don't have te ZIP software installed, you can get it here
After your order is confirmed, the download links are emailed to you. Please ensure you register with your correct and accessible email address. You can also see all your purchase are downloads in the client section when you have logged in under "My Downloads".
Yes. We require that you register an account with your emails address before you can make a purchase. Your email and basic information is required for us to know where to send your download links. After registering, your orders will be stored in our system in case you need to download them again in the future.
We accept Paypal and Credit Card such as Master Card or VISA card.
If payments are rejected, it's possibly caused by your Bank or Paypal issues. Common reasons why payments are rejected are as follow:
1. Not enogh balance in your account
2. You have exceeded your current payment limit
3. The 3D secure verification via SMS did not go through (applicable if your Bank requires this)
4. In the case of Paypal, your account is inactivated, and most times, Paypal will require you to select "Pay with Credit Card" when you are redirected to their platform.

We offer refunds if you have not downloaded the files. However, if there are other legitimate reasons that we are unable to resolve, we will offer you a 100% refund. If you have downloaded or ordered the wrong product, we do not offer refund in this case.
Please contact us with the details of the files, with file name, format and the specific issues. We will try to fix the files and send you a new download link or refund your money.
